Comment changer les injecteurs gicleurs gaz de tables de cuisson - gazinières ?
Les injecteurs de gaz sont de petites pièces généralement en laiton ou cuivre de la forme d’une vis 6 pans (6 ou 7 m/m) et percées en leur milieu d'un trou calibré correspondant à la puissance du brûleur.
Ces injecteurs ou gicleurs réduisent la sortie du gaz avant l'arrivée au brûleur et assurent la régulation du débit de gaz vers le brûleur de la gazinière, de la plaque de cuisson ou du four à gaz.
Le diamètre de l’orifice du gicleur est variable en fonction de la nature du gaz et de la taille du brûleur. Le diamètre des gicleurs gaz naturel est plus grand que ceux pour le butane et le propane. Il existe de nombreux types de modèles d’injecteurs sur le marché suivant la marque et le modèle.
Quelle est la différence entre les gicleurs de gaz naturel (gaz de ville) et les injecteurs gaz butane ou propane (gaz en bouteille) ?
Les injecteurs/gicleurs de gaz ne seront pas identiques si vous êtes alimenté en gaz naturel ou en gaz butane / propane en bouteille. Les injecteurs G20 sont ceux employés pour le gaz naturel et les injecteurs G30/G31 sont ceux utilisés pour le butane/propane.
Comment changer les injecteurs/gicleurs de gaz ?
Si vous changez de type de gaz, il est impératif de remplacer les injecteurs.
En premier lieu, coupez l’arrivée de gaz de l’appareil.
Pour accéder aux injecteurs, ôtez le chapeau de bruleur et le corps de brûleur. A l'aide d'un clé 6 pans dévissez le gicleur et remplacez le par un nouveau.
